Pricing and process varies slightly depending on your session, e.g family, newborn or portrait. Please reach out to me here so I can send you detailed pricing and session information.
In the meantime you you can read a little bit more about what to expect from your photography session process and experience.
To avoid disappointment, I recommend booking your session as early as possible, at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Especially during holiday seasons my diary sometimes books up several months in advance. I shoot mainly on weekdays to avoid the crowds and only have very limited weekend dates available throughout the year.
Once we have agreed on a suitable date, I will send you a confirmation email together with an invoice for a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
All sessions include a styling guide that is sent with your booking confirmation. I also offer a phone or email consultation to discuss your hopes, location and wardrobe. Your wardrobe plays such a pivotal role in the outcome of your pictures, so I highly encourage you to discuss it with me before your shoot.
Your session will take place during that magic golden hour (either sunrise or sunset) and will last approximately 1 hour.
I believe that a photo session should be fun, full of loving your family and enjoying the environment together without the stress of looking at the camera. My way of photographing families is completely organic. They are not intended to be formal and posed, but instead to capture the raw emotion, the love and deep connection of your family in that moment.
I will gently instruct and guide you through the entire session, while encouraging you to naturally interact with each other as you would, if I wasn’t there. My passion is to capture the little moments, the big moments and everything in between! You will play, cuddle and laugh and I will be there to capture all these memories for you! We will sprinkle in some classic posed images, individual images of each kid, sibling connections and the spark between couples!
Your gallery delivery time frame is about 4 weeks. I do not send “sneak peaks” in an effort to stay on task and deliver everyone’s gallery in a timely manner.
Your high resolution images will be delivered via an online, downloadable digital gallery. The gallery can easily be shared with family and friends.
A store will be linked to your digital gallery, where you can order prints and custom products from a high quality photography lab. You are also free to download the images and print them at your local lab, but I do not encourage cheap chain store or kiosk printing as the quality and colour will not be the same and it will not give justice to the beautiful images I’ve created for you.
The link to your downloadable gallery will remain active for 6 months, so PLEASE download your images into a safe and secure place!
